TOWER

The Pilates Tower System utilizes springs, a push-through bar, and arm/leg loops to provide resistance and support for deep strengthening, spinal articulation and full-body flexibiility. Unlike the Pilates Reformer, which relies on a moving carriage and horizontal resistance, the Tower System offer a stationary, stable base. The springs pull from above or sides, which alters the angle of resistance.  This helps to isolate specific muscle groups, improves bodily imbalances and supports the complex movements that might be challenging on a traditional mat. The Tower System accommodates all fitness levels by offering spring assistance for beginners and high-resistance challenges for advanced practitioners. 

 

At Peaceful pilates Studio we offer Tower Classes and one-on-one private sessions on the Tower System.
