Debbie Kieley

Owner & Lead Instructor

Debbie has been teaching Pilates for 20+ years and completed her comprehensive certification through Body Precision in Radnor, PA. While teaching various group exercise classes at a local wellness center she decided to take a Pilates Mat class. Immediately after class she approached the instructor and requested private lessons with her doing Reformer, Tower, Chair and Matwork since she noticed right away how amazing she felt and wanted to learn more! After a few sessions she enrolled in a training program so she too could offer Joseph Pilates lifetime of work to others.

Since completing her Pilates certification, she has worked with clients of all of abilities and ages.  The best part of teaching clients for her is the connection made with each one on a personal and professional level.  Some of her clients have been training with her since she started over 20 years ago!

She does practice what she preaches, too.  Debbie’s daily workouts include Pilates Mat and Equipment work especially to help with her own back issues and misalignments.  It's the one form of exercise that allows her to move with ease and pain free.
