Sandi Della Rocca is a Certified Pilates Instructor with more than 15 years of experience in health, fitness, and wellness. Before transitioning into the fitness industry, she earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and brings that perspective to her work, taking a holistic approach with both her Pilates and health and nutrition coaching clients.

A former owner of a successful boutique Pilates and fitness studio, she combines technical expertise with a passion for helping clients move better, feel stronger and build confidence in their bodies. Her classes are supportive, personalized and appropriately challenging, meeting each client where they are while helping them progress toward their goals.

Whether working with someone new to Pilates or an experienced client looking to deepen their practice, Sandi believes movement should be accessible, empowering and enjoyable... helping clients carry the benefits of Pilates into their everyday lives.
