Group Equipment Classes - Beginner Level

The beginner-level Pilates class is designed to introduce foundational movements, proper alignment, and mindful breathing in a supportive environment.

Duration:

55 Minutes

Difficulty:

Individuals that are brand new to Pilates. May have injuries and/or limitations in movement. Also appropriate for individuals wanting a slower paced class.

Group Equipment-Beginner/Intermediate

This Beginner to Intermediate Pilates class is for those who have attended beginner classes, understand the basic terminology, can efficiently engage their core, and are ready to move from foundational exercises to more complex, flowing movements. This class may use Reformers, Towers and/or Chairs.

Difficulty:

Next level after a beginner class. Experienced participants will also do well in this class.

Group Equipment-Intermediate

Intermediate Pilates equipment class can use a reformer, tower, or chair, offers a faster-paced, high-intensity workout for those with foundational knowledge. It features complex exercises, quicker transitions, and varied spring resistances, strengthening core stability and coordination through movements like Short Spine, Teaser, and deeper, more dynamic stretches.

Difficulty:

Must have experience doing Pilates on equipment and ability to work beyond the beginner level exercises without limitations.

Mat Group Classes

Mat Pilates class is a low-impact,, mat-based, full-body workout that strengthens the core, improves posture, and increases flexibility using body weight as resistance. Class focus is on controlled, precise movements, deep breathing, and mindful movement to build strength and stability, suitable for all fitness levels.
